How it works

Registration | After your registration, we do a screening. This includes a review of your cv, diploma’s and references. If we see a match with a job, we arrange a Skype interview to get to know each other.

Introduction | We like to know why you want to work and live in the Netherlands and which challenges you are looking for in your new job. We also like to hear your personal interests. Our goal is not just a match with a job but also a match with new colleagues. Any questions? Don’t hesitate to ask them!

Job interview | Are we both convinced about a match? In that case we are ready to introduce you to our client. The first interview is via Skype. If our client subsequently is interested in a face-to-face interview, we arrange your flight and stay in the Netherlands. Together we prepare your interview.

Contract | Congratulations, you get the job! We arrange your contract and work permission. We also support your relocation process and introduce you to the do’s and don’ts in the Netherlands.
